Send a PDF
PDF keeps your fonts, images and layout exactly as you set them. From Word or PowerPoint, choose Save as PDF before sending.
Check page order and sides
Make sure pages run in the right order and tell us if you need single or double sided, and how many copies of each document.
Leave a margin
Keep text at least 5mm from the edge of the page. If colour runs right to the edge, add 3mm bleed. Bleed guide

Use high resolution images. For colour critical work, send a reference and we will advise before printing.
