Waterproof A-board inserts printed in London on 320 Mic Grey Back, a tough, tear-resistant media with a light-blocking reverse, built to handle outdoor conditions. We print using HP latex inks to deliver sharp colour and long-lasting results that hold up in all weathers.

Available in A2, A1 and custom sizes to fit your existing pavement sign frame. Same-day collection is available on selected orders. All inserts are printed in-house from our North London studio.

Sizes
A2 and A1 are the most common A-board insert sizes. Custom sizes are available to fit non-standard frames — just let us know your frame dimensions when requesting a quote.

Printed on 320 Mic Grey Back (HP) — a waterproof, tear-resistant media with a light-blocking reverse. Built for outdoor use and printed with HP latex inks for durable, weather-resistant colour.

Artwork

Insert sizes
Set artwork to the final size wherever possible.Common A-board insert sizes:
A2: 420 × 594 mm
A1: 594 × 841 mmIf your frame takes a non-standard size, send us the internal frame dimensions and we will set it up correctly.
Best results
Keep key text large and legible from a distance. Use strong contrast between text and background. Aim for 150dpi to 300dpi at final size. If colour or imagery runs to the edge, include 3mm bleed and keep important content inside a safe margin.
Colour
Use CMYK where possible. Avoid extremely bright RGB colours as these can shift on print. If you have a specific brand colour, send a reference and we will advise.
Sending files
PDF is preferred, built to the finished size. Email smaller files, or upload large artwork using printpal.wetransfer.com.
