Overview
Foamex board is a strong, lightweight PVC sheet widely used for indoor and outdoor signage, retail displays, exhibition graphics and branded boards.
Its smooth face gives a crisp print finish, while the rigid construction makes it easy to mount, lean or display on stands.
Thickness options
Choose from 3mm, 5mm or 10mm depending on the size of the board and how it will be displayed.
Thinner boards suit smaller signs and short term displays, while thicker boards are better for larger sizes or where extra rigidity matters.

Water resistance

Sizes
We print standard A sizes including A0, A1, A2, A3 and A4, as well as fully custom sizes.
If the board is being fitted into a frame, wall space or exhibition stand, send the exact finished size and we will quote accordingly.
Best results
Keep the layout simple and readable from the expected viewing distance. Use high resolution images and avoid crowding the design with too much text.
Logos should be vector where possible, and important text should be kept safely away from the edges if the board is being cut to shape.
Colour
Set artwork to CMYK for print. RGB files can still be printed, but colours may shift, particularly bright tones.
